Bathroom: with shower taps, WC and heated towel rail. Large shower room located on second floor, with WC and heated towel rail which is accessed via steep gate leg stairs. Additional shower room with WC leading off the half landing between the ground floor and first floor. Lounge: with woodburner (logs provided), TV, DVD and comfy seating. Second lounge with comfy seating, TV, DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen/diner: farmhouse style with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and feature Rayburn. Utility: with washing machine. Outside: decked area with garden furniture and BBQ. Large garden with ha-ha wall (care must be taken with children). Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen and electric included.
